Superb new Ford Focus available for you to drive this June

The Ford Focus is one of the UK\'s most popular cars. The Focus has featured in the top three biggest selling cars in the UK every year since 1999 and was only outsold in 2013 by its sister model, the Fiesta. Now, Ford have released exclusive details of the brand new Focus which is set to land in our East Midlands showrooms this June. As well as some changes to the look of the car, Ford has announced upgrades to the in-car technology and interior. There will also be new engines and improved technology including Ford\'s leading SYNC 2 system featuring an eight-inch colour touchscreen and voice control. Adam Ferdinando, head of New Car Sales at Sandicliffe, Ford dealers in the East Midlands for over half a century, said: "The Focus is already hugely popular with drivers in the region but this new model promises even more. The new car has a lower, wider stance with a new bonnet and grille and, at the rear, there are slimmer lights as well as a new bumper and tailgate. "The car also boasts a raft of other technological features including a hands-free automatic parking assist system, voice controlled satellite navigation and the Active City Stop collision avoidance system. It will even give you a list of local restaurants if you activate the voice control system and tell the car that you\'re hungry!" As well as styling and technological improvements the new Ford Focus also boasts a range of high quality engines. The new Focus is the first Ford to be sold in Europe with the new 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol EcoBoost engine. This comes in 148bhp and 178bhp versions and slots into the range above the existing 99bhp and 123bhp 1.0-litre three-cylinder EcoBoosts. Ford will also add a version of the 1.0-litre EcoBoost that emits just 99g/km of CO2.
