These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

The Contract Between Us

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Sandicliffe. Sandicliffe must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received Sandicliffe will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Sandicliffe’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

Sandicliffe is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

General Terms

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

These terms and conditions only cover the Sandicliffe website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

Sandicliffe own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.

You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.

Payment Details

Sandicliffe accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Delta and PayPal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.

Upon receiving your order Sandicliffe carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds in order to fulfil the transaction. No payment is debited from your card during this pre-authorisation check. Your card will only be charged upon dispatch of the items in your order. Your card will not be debited for items in your order which have not been dispatched, apart from magazine subscriptions, which, due to their nature are invoiced before the magazine is dispatched.

Availability of Goods You Order

If Sandicliffe has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Sandicliffe from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Sandicliffe will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Sandicliffe will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.

Changes to This Agreement

Sandicliffe reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Delivery Charges

To get a precise quote, add the items you wish to purchase to your basket and go through the checkout process. You will then be given a price for delivery of your parcel to your delivery address.

Once your item has been despatched, you will receive an email to inform you of this.

Our standard delivery is for 48 hour delivery, but if you live in mainland UK and want a next day delivery option, this will be available as an option when you check out.

Click & Collect

What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect means your order can be delivered to any Sandicliffe store of your choice. The delivery is free of charge.

How much does Click & Collect cost?

The Click & Collect service is delivered free of charge.

How do I use Click & Collect?

To use Click & Collect simply shop online at home / Work or through an in-store iPad and select the ‘Click & Collect’ option at the online checkout. You can then select your preferred store you’d like your order delivered to by using our online store search.

When do I pay for my Click & Collect order?

We will charge the payment card or PayPal account used once you have checked out & completed the order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive in store?

Click and collect items are ready the same day if your order is submitted before 11:00am. Purchases made after 11:00am will be available for collection the following day, and purchases made after 12:00 on Friday will be available for collection after 12:00 on Monday.

How will I know when I can collect my order?

We send you an order confirmation email as soon as you place your online order, to let you know we have received it. The store will email as soon as your items are ready for collection.

How long will I have to collect my order?

You have a full seven days to collect your order from the date we advise you it is ready for collection.

What happens if I am unable collect my order?

If you are unable to collect your order within seven days, please contact the store by phone, live chat or email and staff will do their best to help.

Where should I collect my order from?

Please go to the parts department.

Can I return items delivered by Click & Collect?

Yes of course. Simply return any unwanted full-price items, along with your proof of purchase to any store for a refund or exchange. All returns including any special order parts must be returned within 10 days for a refund. Sale items will need to be returned within seven days. Please note, where PayPal has been used, we are unable to process a refund in store. Goods may be exchanged for item/s of equivalent value, or returned to us by post.

If you have already received an email from the store, confirming that your order is ready for collection, please contact the relevant store team for assistance.

Returns

We want to make shopping online with us as easy and convenient as possible, so if you purchase any item from us, and decide it's not what you expected, simply return it back to us in a resalable condition within 10 working days and we will refund the cost of your item minus any postage costs.

Please ensure all items are returned in the original packaging and unused. We will be able to process returns which are not in the original packaging.

Please ensure the appropriate paperwork is returned with the item where possible.

Always ask for proof of postage and it is recommended items are returned via recorded delivery where possible

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, just let us know within 14 days and we will arrange for collection of that item and either refund the full cost of the item or deliver a replacement item for you.
