With a planned release date for summer 2017, you won’t want to miss out on the all-new Nissan Qashqai. Revealing a bold new look, the updated Qashqai is sleeker, sportier and sure to hold its position as the world’s favourite urban SUV crossover.
As the car that pioneered the crossover movement in the UK, over 2.3 million Nissan Qashqai have been sold since it was first launched. The Qashqai leads the way by continuing to fine-tune and improve its modern styling and premium technology to make city driving an enjoyable experience.
Your new Nissan Qashqai is sure to turn heads, holding onto all of its charm, but with a more premium and sporty look, distinctive V-motion grille and bumper and signature muscular body with a redesigned bonnet. Redesigned alloy wheels add to the new look, ranging in size from 17 to 19 inches and new gloss silver mirror caps and roof rails are available with the Tekna+.
The new Qashqai will be available in two brand new exclusive colours, Chestnut Bronze and Vivid Blue.Enquire Now
The Qashqai’s improved quality interior ensures a luxurious and relaxed drive – a choice of quality cloth in a variety of colours; or, for the top spec models soft Nappa leather seats with four-way lumbar support and 3D quilting onto the centre panels are available. The interior includes a high-quality finish on all the materials used, including a leather gear lever and a new sporty D shaped steering wheel, improving comfort and space for the driver.
Not to mention the premium technology. The NissanConnect infotainment system comes as standard on the car, with a new and redesigned interface, compromising a 7” anti-glare screen and complete with DAB digital radio and satellite navigation. Music lovers can opt for the premium Bose sound-system on the higher specification models which delivers incredible audio quality from seven speakers.
Connecting your smart phone with the Qashqai has never been easier, and now you can access your social media feeds and other apps whilst stationary, as well as having access to your calls and music whilst on the go.
The panoramic glass roof brings the outside in, making the cabin a light and airy space, however the electronic one touch shade can cover the roof in moments, which is helpful to block out any bright glare from the sun.
Changes to the steering and suspension have been made to improve the comfort and over all ride in the Qashqai, however the engine choices will remain the same being able to opt for a 1.2 or 1.6 petrol engine or the 1.5 or 1.6 diesel as before.
The technology doesn’t stop there, either. Nissan have included a host of intelligent driver assistance systems, to make your drive as pleasant and comfortable as possible.View Range
Intelligent emergency braking with pedestrian recognition – which will send a warning to the driver and apply the brakes should the car detect a collision with another vehicle or obstacle at low speeds
Blind spot warning – which alerts the driver to vehicles in the cars blind spot on either side
Lane departure warning – which will warn the driver if the car is starting to veer out of a lane without indication
Traffic sign recognition – will keep the driver up to date with the current speed limit and reads the road signs as you travel
Around view monitor – which uses four cameras to provide a panoramic view of the car and the area surrounding it, providing extra assistance when reversing and parking
Intelligent auto headlights with adaptive front light system – which reacts to darkness and adjusts headlights accordingly when steering around bends and corners, as well as dimming the high beam temporarily if they sense oncoming trafficView Range
Not only has the Qashqai updated many features on the new model, but there are also some great new driving aids to ensure you are safe and secure on the roads. Trace control adjusts the brake pressure on individual wheels to ensure optimal lines when turning, while ride control applies subtle breaking when needed to avoid unpleasant upper body movement over bumps in the road for the driver and passengers.
There is also a 4x4 option with the Tekna+ which measures any wheel slip and instantly applies torque accordingly, perfect for if you will be using your Qashqai for a mixture of city and rural driving.
You won’t want to miss out on what the all new original crossover has to offer, and the enjoyable premium driving experience offered by the new Nissan Qashqai could make you fall in love with driving all over again.
