COVID-19 Company Updates

In line with UK Government advice, Sandicliffe will be temporarily closing our dealerships from end of play 24th March until further notice. As it stands, our Nissan Nottingham and Loughborough Service & MOT centres will continue to operate until the end of the month in order to Service/MOT any vehicles due on or before 30/03/2020 (following DVLA regulation). This may change in the near future.

After following the current Coronavirus situation closely, it is with a heavy heart that Sandicliffe has decided to temporarily close all physical dealerships by the end of today to safeguard our customers and employees to the best of our abilities. We understand you may have a dozen questions and we would like to reassure you that our dedicated customer service teams will be available online via social media and Live Chat as well as over the phone to answer all of your queries.

How to get in touch during our temporary closure

You can contact us by using our live chat facility online as well as messaging us on our social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. We will also be available to answer any questions over the phone on 0115 939 5000.


Recent vehicle purchases

Where this may not be possible, for example due to manufacturer factory closures, we will be in touch to ensure you are regularly notified with the subsequent steps.


Vehicles currently in Aftersales

Our Specialist Technicians are working hard to finish all work in progress, meaning any vehicle that is currently being repaired or serviced at a Sandicliffe garage will be completed and we will be in touch with you very shortly.

Sadly, while we prioritise to finish all existing workshop repairs and servicing, we are unable book any new customer appointments after 30/03/2020 due to the most recent guidance issued by UK Government.


New customer appointments

All Sandicliffe Sales departments are now closed until further notice and given the seriousness of the situation at hand, we are unable to specify when we will re-open for bookings. We are expecting this to be no later than Monday 27th April, but should anything change, we will update you accordingly.

You may still browse our complete stock of vehicles online and make an enquiry on any vehicle you wish to find out more about. You may also use our online booking system to request an appointment any time after Monday 27th April – (again, should we need to extend our closure, we will be in touch to reschedule accordingly).


Due Service & MOTs

The DVLA has announced all vehicle owners due a Service or MOT on (or before) 30/03/2020 must act before the end of the month. Vehicles due for MOT on (or after) 31/03/2020 will be granted a 6-month extension. For that reason, our Service and MOT centres will remain open until the end of the month and will MOT or service vehicles that are due on or before 30/03/2020 only.

If your vehicle MOT/Service expires on (or after) 31/03/2020, we will not be able to accept your appointment request. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
