When you think of city driving you might think of getting a small city hatchback, however, from a survey of more than 40,000 car owners AutoTrader has awarded the accolade of best city car to an SUV; the Ford Kuga.
With a 1.5-litre EcoBoost petrol engine, the Ford Kuga provides low emissions and fuel economy. When you stop at a traffic light or idle in a queue the Ford Kuga will automatically switch off its engine and turn back on when the clutch is engaged, helping to cut fuel consumption by up to 10%.
The Ford Kuga meets the Euro Stage 6 emissions standard. For petrol engines, this means that the vehicle can produce no more than 1.0 g/km of carbon monoxide, 0.10 g/kg of hydrocarbon, 0.06 g/km of nitrogen oxides and 0.005 g/km of atmospheric particulate matter.
With more than 40,000 car owners giving their feedback, the Ford Kuga was judged in 16 key areas, meaning that Auto Traders New Car Award is a great stamp of approval from owners of the Ford Kuga. The Kuga was top rated in comfort and durability and second for reliability.
