Business Contract Hire (BCH) is designed for business users who want fixed-cost motoring and the flexibility to change their vehicle regularly, without the risks associated with ownership. Monthly rentals and initial payments quoted are excluding VAT.

At the end of the agreement, you simply return the vehicle, subject to the terms of your contract:

1. Return your vehicle: At the end of the hire period, you return the vehicle to the finance company. A vehicle appraisal will be completed. Provided the vehicle meets the finance company’s fair wear and tear standards, is within the agreed mileage, and all payments are up to date, there will be nothing further to pay. Additional charges will apply for excess mileage or if the vehicle does not meet fair wear and tear standards.

2. No ownership option: Business Contract Hire is a rental agreement only, and you will not own the vehicle at any point during or after the agreement.

3. Vehicle maintenance and insurance: Under the terms of the agreement, you are required to maintain a comprehensive motor insurance policy on the vehicle with a reputable insurer of your choice. You must also ensure the vehicle is serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
