Terms and Conditions:
Customers must prove:

• Ownership of a Ford Commercial Vehicle of any age. No length of ownership restriction.

• The eligible vehicle does not need to be part exchanged.

• Eligible vehicle owners are permitted to purchase more than one vehicle per V5.

• A copy of the eligible vehicle’s V5 is required and must be retained in the deal file for audit purposes.

• The new vehicle must be registered in the same name and address as detailed on the eligible vehicle’s V5.

• If the address on the eligible vehicle’s V5 is different to the customer’s current address, proof of current address will be required and retained in the deal file (e.g., current driving license or utility bill). The vehicle can then be registered to the customer’s current address.

• Spouses of eligible vehicle owners are permitted to purchase a new vehicle in their own name (e.g., Mr Smith owns the eligible vehicle, but the new vehicle will be registered in Mrs Smith’s name). Proof of marriage and same address required (marriage certificate + utility bill/driving license).

• Common-law partners of eligible vehicle owners can purchase a new vehicle in their own name with proof of same address for more than 1 year (e.g., utility bills and driving licenses).

• If the new vehicle is to be registered in a company name or different personal name than the V5 of the eligible vehicle, proof of business ownership or change of business name is required (e.g., Companies House record).

• All required proof is to be retained in the customer deal file.

• It is NOT permitted for an individual to purchase a new vehicle under “Connecting Your Business” on behalf of a company unless the above criteria are met.

• The Loyalty Bonus must be clearly shown on the customer invoice.
