At Sandicliffe we take training and development seriously and offer our employees many opportunities to develop within their roles and within the Company.

One of the avenues we use to enable us to train and develop our employees is by offering apprenticeships to our existing employees to ensure we offer superb customer service.

In addition to this we also employ apprentices through local training providers. The below list of training providers help our busy recruitment team by sourcing and selecting top quality apprentices on our behalf. Once they have made a selection, we will interview the pool of apprentices recommended to us.

  • Employee Discount

    Our employees are given a “Your Plus” loyalty card which can be used to for offers on our products and services. After a qualifying period of three months, a Sandicliffe employee may receive special reductions when purchasing various products and services from Sandicliffe departments.

  • Customer Champion Awards

    Sandicliffe recognise and reward employees who go above and beyond the call of duty on a monthly basis. Colleagues are nominated and considered in 3 categories, Sales, After Sales and Non-Customer Facing. The winners and runners up are announced on the intranet and receive £25 vouchers.

    Winners are then short listed to become an ultimate Champion each quarter and the fortunate title holder will then be rewarded with a payment for £200, tax paid. We will also award a trophy that will be visible to colleagues and customers.

  • Holiday Allowance

    Our standard holiday is 22 days plus bank holidays. An additional 2 days holiday are awarded following 5 and 10 years’ service.

    Sandicliffe offer a pension scheme, which employees can join after successful completion of their three-month probationary period.

  • Child Care Vouchers

    As an employee of Sandicliffe you can have up to £243 of your child care payments deducted from your salary each month. This saves employees on average £1196 per year in tax and national insurance payments.

  • Referral Fees

    Referral fees £50 (after tax) are available for car sales processed, based on recommendation.
