    Our employees receive special reductions when purchasing various products and services from Sandicliffe departments.

  • YourPlusShopping.com/Smart Spending App

    YourPlusShopping and the Smart Spending App open up a whole world of retail savings at some of the country’s biggest and best retailers.
    Managed for us by Reward Gateway who make it their responsibility to bring our employees thousands of on-line and high street bargains in the form of vouchers, cash back, cards and on-line discounts.
    These include rewards for shopping at the likes of Tesco, Boots, B&Q, Argos, Curry’s and much more.
    You can access the savings through any device with an internet connection. We encourage our employees to check if they can benefit from offers.
    New joiners are sent a registration email when they are set up for payroll.

  • Customer Champion Awards

    Sandicliffe recognise and reward employees who go above and beyond the call of duty on a monthly basis. Colleagues are nominated and considered in 3 categories, Sales, After Sales and Non-Customer Facing. The winners and runners up are announced on the intranet and receive £25 vouchers.

    Winners are then short listed to become an ultimate Champion each quarter and the fortunate title holder will then be rewarded with a payment for £200, tax paid. We will also award a trophy that will be visible to colleagues and customers.

  • Extensive Training and Development

    Sandicliffe take the Training and Development of employees seriously, as we want you to be empowered and fully engaged. Successful teams lead to a successful business! We will consider ways to help you to settle into working life here.

    Some examples of training here include:

    • Management Development Programme to support and develop managers with their people management skills. This will include coaching and supporting employees, to improve confidence.
    • A range of apprenticeships aimed at great customer service, team leading, IT and technical roles.
    • Training courses for Service Advisors, Contact Centre Advisors and Parts employees, for consistent, high quality customer service.
    • Road to Sale, to ensure the correct approach and process is followed for sales, with an emphasis on great customer service.
    • Manufacturer training in Sales and Service, through Nissan, Kia, Ford and Mazda.

  • Holiday Allowance

    Our standard holiday is 22 days plus bank holidays. An additional 2 days holiday are awarded following 5 and 10 years’ service.

  • Pension Scheme

    Sandicliffe offer a pension scheme, which employees can join after successful completion of their three-month probationary period.

  • Child Care Vouchers

    As an employee of Sandicliffe you can have up to £243 of your child care payments deducted from your salary each month. This saves employees on average £1196 per year in tax and national insurance payments.

  • Referral Fees

    Referral fees £50 (after tax) are available for car sales processed, based on recommendation.

  • Employee Dealer Car Schemes

    The benefits include: Brand New vehicle every 6 months. Competitive monthly repayments. Automatic Credit Acceptance. Deductions must not exceed 25% of gross monthly salary. Employees must have completed their probationary period to be eligible to join the scheme.

  • Cycle Solutions

    We offer a bicycle salary sacrifice scheme called Cycle Solutions. This works by choosing a bike or cycle accessories of your choice, up to the value of £1000 either from a local independent retailer or from the cycle solutions website. Cycle Solutions will then price check the product to ensure employees get the best deal. The request is submitted to HR, who will check if an employee is eligible.
