Before you go...

As we come to the end of another year at Sandicliffe, we can't help but look back on how it has been especially different from others. Though very challenging at times, it has been endearing to see how a community that we have built and been a part of for over 70 years, immediately came together as one to put the safety of one another first.

The silver lining in it all is that we could work and develop strategies to further enhance your customer journey like home deliveries and virtual appointments. One of the biggest achievements was introducing our Reserve & Buy Online functionality in collaboration with Santander. It's true when they say 'tough times don't last, tough people do' and it's been a pleasure to have now experienced it all with you - every one of our customers from Loughborough, Leicester, Nottingham and those who have travelled even further to support us.

This year has in some ways made us think outside of the box, it has helped us switch on parts of our brains that we may have never used and has changed the way of business indefinitely. But if one thing's for certain, it's that every effort and every struggle was made worth it. The beaming smiles, excitement and tiny glimmers of hope that you all felt when driving away in your new car fed us with the determination we needed, and for that, we want to thank you.

From everyone here at Sandicliffe, we send our heartfelt gratitude to every single person who, despite the choas, continued to entrust their vehicle needs in us. Your continued support and cooperation throughout this period of uncertainty has made all the difference and we couldn't have done it without you. 72 years on, we still run our company as a family business and this is exactly why.

As the new year approaches, we would like to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and all the best for the New Year. Please stay safe and take care.
