With models such as the third-generation Ford RS, muscly Ford Edge and Nissan Pulsar Nismo in the line-up, you have a lot to be excited about over the coming months.
Here we give you a calendar list to make sure you know what’s now available and what’s coming soon.
Kia Optima – Available now
Available to buy now at our Sandicliffe Nottingham Basford, Leicester and Melton Mowbray Kia dealer sites, the 2015 Kia Optima is a hybrid family saloon. The grippy chassis makes the Optima an agile car, particularly on corners. It achieves impressive fuel economy with a start-stop system on the diesel engine, returning an average 57.6mpg and 128g/km of CO2.
Kia Optima’s big selling point is its attractive, individual design which gives it a sporty look. This classy design is continued in the interior, with high-resolution TFT display, sculpted dashboard and wood trim.
Ford Mustang – Autumn 2015
Around 1800 orders of the UK’s right-hand-drive Ford Mustang have already been placed. If you’re one of those lucky buyers, you can expect official deliveries to be made in Autumn this year. The American muscle car does 0-60mph in as little as 4.5 seconds. There are also two engine choices: 2.3L Ecoboost or 5.0L V8. Expect innovative technology and precision driving modes, powerful performance and of course iconic Mustang styling – enhanced for 2015.
Nissan Pulsar Nismo – Winter 2015
The Nissan Pulsar Nismo was unveiled at Paris Motor Show back in 2014, and will go on sale in winter of this year. The hot hatch has been adapted for the racetrack with lower suspension, more responsive steering and 19 inch alloy wheels. A double-wing on the front bumper, red detailing and prominent brake cooling vents mean that the Pulsar Nismo cuts a formidable shape on the road.
Nissan Navara NP300 – January 2016
The popular American pick-up will launch throughout Europe in January 2016 – including at Sandicliffe. The all-new version of the Nissan Navara boasts an efficient engine which is said to be the most economical in its class; a 2.3-litre dCi. Comfort and handling has also been revised with a five-link rear suspension system.
Kia Sportage – February 2016
This will be the fourth-generation model of the Kia Sportage, and it’s been given a complete facelift. The new styling at the front and rear make the all-new Sportage stand out from other Kia models, whilst maintaining an SUV look. It comes with a brand-new four-cylinder turbocharged engine, as well as optional 13bhp 1.7-litre diesel and two versions of the 2.0-litre diesel, in 134bhp and 181bhp formats.
Ford Focus RS – Spring 2016
There’s been a lot of hype surrounding the new Ford Focus RS and for good reason. It will produce 345bhp and reach 0-62mph in 4.7 seconds at a top speed of 165mph, making it a fun, high-performance hatchback perfect for track racing enthusiasts. One of the most significant features is its all-wheel drive system with dynamic torque vectoring, giving the Focus RS unique drifting capability and super-advanced handling.
Ford Edge – Spring 2016
Another US import; the Ford Edge embodies American SUV muscle and an all-purpose driving experience. The Ford Edge will come with manual or automatic six-speed gearboxes, with a choice of two 2.0-litre Duratorq diesel engines which produce up to 207bhp and 332lb-ft or torque. Torque vectoring control and curve control systems give the Edge outstanding performance on all levels of terrain.
Skoda Roomster – 2016
Skoda are keeping the new Roomster closely under-wraps for now, but the passenger MPV is said to feature sliding doors – an upgrade from the previous model. It’s a quirky family car with spacious seating and boot-space, set to arrive in showrooms by mid-2016.
Nissan Micra – 2016
The all-new Nissan Micra is one of the most exciting car re-inventions of the year. Heavily based on the Nissan Sway concept at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, the model challenges our perceptions of the Micra. Inside and out, it has been given an edgier, modern design and improved quality.
Ford GT – 2016
Ford’s stunning new supercar will officially arrive in the UK in 2016. There is expected to be only 20 Ford GT’s sold per year in the UK - despite hard bargaining - but this £240,000 iconic car still deserves a mention. Its 3.5-litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine delivers over 600bhp, making it exceptionally fast combined with a compact cabin.
Nissan Juke – Late 2016
The British-built next generation Nissan Juke will be released later in 2016. The new Juke is still the compact, sporty and affordable SUV we all know and love, except with improved quality and performance technology.
