Sandicliffe has been supporting Mental Health Awareness Week 2022 by providing staff with information and practical tips on how to improve their mental health should they find that necessary.

On Friday the 13th, Sandicliffe staff were invited to wear something green in support of the Mental Health Foundation and to show their colleagues and customers that they are not alone, and they are always able to talk to someone, in the hope to always open the conversation when someone needs an ear.

Sandicliffe FordStore Leicester sent us this excellent photograph of them getting into the swing of things, staff dressed in green, next to their Focus ST.

Sandicliffe also aim to have 2 Wellbeing Champions at each site. A Wellbeing Champion is an ambassador for mental and physical wellbeing who can assist with driving positive cultural change at the employee level. They will be a friendly ear to listen to colleagues that may be experiencing issues.

We thank all our staff for taking part today!
