Employees are able to join our pension scheme after successful completion of their three-month probationary period.
After a qualifying period of three months, we give you one of our special ‘Your Plus’ loyalty cards. This entitles you to special reductions when you buy various products and services from a wide range of Sandicliffe departments.
Child care Vouchers
If you have a young child in care, you can opt in to our child care voucher scheme. As an employee of Sandicliffe you can have up to £243 of your child care payments deducted from your salary each month. This saves employees an average of £1196 per year in tax and national insurance payments.
Our standard holiday allowance is a generous is 22 days plus bank holidays.
And, we will give you an additional 2 days holiday when you have completed 5 and 10 years’ service with us.
Capital FM Arena Hospitality
When you work for Sandicliffe you can take advantage of hospitality deals on sales of tickets for events at the Capital FM Arena in Nottingham.
When events are announced we ask you for expressions of interest. Once we have these we allocate hospitality in a way that gives all our employees a fair chance to take up this great benefit.

You must have completed your probationary period to be eligible to join the scheme and deductions must not exceed 25 per cent of your gross monthly salary.

Awards and Recognition
Every month, we recognise and reward employees who go above and beyond the call of duty. Colleagues are nominated and considered in 3 categories: Sales, After Sales and Non-Customer Facing and the winners and runners up are announced on our intranet and receive £25 in vouchers.
All of our winners are then short listed to become an ‘ultimate champion’ and, every quarter, we pick a person who is then rewarded with a tax-free payment of £250. We also award a trophy that is visible to both the winner’s colleagues and their customers.
