Part of this strategy can be seen on this very website, ranked one of the region's highest in terms of traffic with around five times more visitors in just two years. This kind of innovation can be seen in aftersales too, with diagnostic and repair systems that are seen as a benchmark in the industry. The company has the option to use SMS texting to alert customers when their car is due for service or a special event is taking place.

Driving training onward!

Sandicliffe invests far more than usual on training and includes everyone from Senior Managers to the newest apprentice – where everyone has a proportion of their working week devoted to training.

Group Training has a long-term plan to ensure all employees are involved. These include specialist fields such as Sales, Finance, Aftersales and Administration and all are part of a constant learning process.

The group has strong links with local schools and colleges and often “grows its own” skilled people. This, and the constant personal development opportunities offered by the company, encourages loyalty and in recent years, we have given over 40 long service awards to various Sandicliffe Team Members.
