*Sandicliffe offer on all retail Used Cars a 14 day exchange plan with a refund option if the company cannot deliver on its promise. In the case of a vehicle fault or, defect being detected after delivery, Sandicliffe has the right under the terms of its warranty to repair and make good. In the event that Sandicliffe cannot rectify a fault to specific warranty standards within 14 days or 500 miles of purchase, the customer may request to have their vehicle exchanged for an equivalent model in stock of a same retail value. If the replacement vehicle is found to be more expensive than the original model purchased, the customer may contribute to the price. Exchange models cannot be offered as part of a separate promotion or special event and must be on a transaction like-for-like basis. If Sandicliffe cannot rectify the problem or find a suitable alternative exchange vehicle within 14 days or 500 miles, the customer may request a refund and return their purchase. A refund would exclude any additionally purchased product such as GAP, Diamond Brite or accessories. Road fund license is reclaimable and must be surrendered by the customer directly with the DVLA. None of this affects the customers statutory rights.
