Winners Announced for the Swop-Shop Colouring Competition

Local budding artists Theo Shand from Knighton, Leicester, Megan Bradley from Hucknall, Nottingham, and Paul Naylor from Loughborough, Leicestershire have been announced as the winners of the Sandicliffe Swop-Shop colouring competition.

With over 50 entrants in each category, Theo, aged 12, was triumphant in the 12 to 16 years category, Megan, aged 4, was triumphant in the 6 years and under category and Paul, aged 8, was triumphant in the 7 to 11 years category, Each received an X-Box 360 which they collected from the motor groups Stapleford site this week.

Sandicliffe ran the competition as part of its recent Swop-Shop event, one of the busiest periods ever seen in Sandicliffe’ 60 year history and the competition was run as part of the family orientated event to entertain customer’s children while the parents browsed and purchased.

Nigel Falkiner, head of marketing for Sandicliffe Motor Group, said: “Congratulations to Theo, Megan and Paul who produced excellent pieces of art, which are now hanging proudly in their bedrooms. We recently picked up the AM award for Best Customer Service, recognition we are very proud of as it underpins everything we do and everything we are trying to achieve as a company; and the colouring competition was just another example of our commitment to our customers.”
