Sandicliffe Takes Complaints to the Top!

Sandicliffe Motor Group, the UK’s largest family-owned Ford dealer, has enjoyed a 20% surge in visitors to its website after the launch of new features offering rapid access to feedback facilities, discounts and attractive deals.

A new feature called ‘Tell Our MD!”, means that customers can use the form to send feedback and comments on their experience of the company directly to Managing Director Reg Tutt and the Sandicliffe customer service team.

Reg Tutt explains: “Sandicliffe Motors is not a monolithic national organisation, we are a local, family company and our business wouldn’t be as successful as it is without the loyalty of our customers, and so we really do want to hear what they think.”

The new-look site also includes a ‘Cars of the Day’ column - listing of the most attractive deals on offer at the various Sandicliffe dealerships. Each link takes the visitor to a full page of further information on the chosen vehicle, including a selection of photographs, a special internet price and full contact details for the dealership. Each car listing features an exclusive ‘internet discount voucher’, which buyers can print out and present to their dealer.

A brand new ‘Speedy Search’ facility allows surfers to check the availability of specific makes and models and to check for cars falling within specific price ranges.

 Earlier this year Sandicliffe scooped a double win at the 2007 Automotive Management Awards - the Oscars of the Motor Industry. The group received the coveted award for Best Retail Group (more than 10 sites) as well as the Best Marketing award, which was received for the second year running. The ceremony, at the ICC in Birmingham, was attended by over 1200 senior managers from the motoring industry across the UK.

Reg Tutt, Managing Director of Sandicliffe, said; “We are delighted to have been recognised by the industry for the work that we do. Picking up the award for Best Retail Group was a real coup.”

Sandicliffe Motor Group is one of the country's largest Ford Retail Groups, with a total of ten dealerships in the East Midlands plus Suzuki, Mazda, Kia, Fiat, Chevrolet and servicing for MG Rover owners.
