Sandicliffe Motor Group has appointed New Internet Sales Manager

Sandicliffe Motor Group, the East Midlands family owned car retailer has expanded its growing team with the appointment of Internet Sales Coordinator, Jason Dawn.

Jason, 32, will be responsible for managing all customer enquiries and ensuring a 100% call back and resolution. The role will further strengthen Sandicliffe’s exceptional customer service offering and team, which currently handles up to 5,000 enquiries per month.

Jason, originally from Nottingham, has over eight years experience in customer services including seven years as Team Manager handling all web processes at Powergen. He also spent a year with the Daily Mail Group managing several of their websites.

On his appointment Jason, said: "I am thrilled to have joined the team at Sandicliffe to assist them with maintaining their excellent customer services record."

Nigel Falkiner, Head of Group Marketing at Sandicliffe said: " Jason is a key appointment for us. He brings with him a wealth of experience that will help him to develop and enhance the existing customer services team."

Sandicliffe Motors is one of the county’s largest Ford Retail Groups, now with a total of 9 dealerships in the East Midlands plus Suzuki, Kia, Fiat, Chevrolet and servicing for MG Rovers owners.
