Sandicliffe brings Kia and Fiat to Nottingham

Sandicliffe Motor Group, the East Midlands family-owned car retailer has expanded its dealership franchise network by bringing on board a new dealership in Basford. The site will sell both new Kia and Fiat alongside over 100 used cars and makes them the only Kia and Fiat dealer in Nottingham.

Fiat and Kia are both massively growing franchises in the UK following consistently strong sales performances throughout 2006. Fiat has confirmed its position as the fastest growing automotive brand in the UK, with annual sales of 58,831 units – up by over 64% year-on-year.

The 8903sqm showroom on Vernon Road in New Basford is Sandicliffe’s third Kia dealership and adds to the groups growing presence in Nottingham following the opening of it’s the Trent Bridge Ford and Mazda operation last January. Headed by Kia and Fiat Brand Manager Darin Quaintance, with over 15 years experience in the motor trade, he will be supported by Laurence Dyer and a dedicated team of nine Sales Executives.

Sandicliffe has announced a bumper start to 2007 with a 10% year on year increase in new and used car sales across the group. T his new city centre site is a sound investment for the Motor Group and an ideal opportunity to widen their offering of great deals such as, free 7 day insurance and £1,000 referral scheme for all customers who make friends and family introductions.

To celebrate the special launch opening weekend, Saturday 17 th and Sunday 18 th February, customers buying a brand new Kia or Fiat will receive a free Satellite Navigation system up to the value of £400. There will also be a whole host of prizes to be given away over the weekend. Atmosphere and glamour will be provided courtesy of Trent FM’s Black Thunder Crew and refreshments will be served to all visitors. With Used Car prices from £2,995 and £5995 for new vehicles, the branch can provide something for every budget and boasts over 40 parking spaces and seven service bays for customers.
