Pupils learn about transport at Sandicliffe

Sandicliffe Motor Group in Melton has spent a day teaching school pupils from The Grove Primary School in Melton Mowbray about transport and cars.

The children aged 5-7 years old visited the showroom and workshop at Sandicliffe on Leicester Road to experience what it would be like to sell cars and to learn what is involved in their repair.

The Sandicliffe family prides itself on being a local, friendly business operating with high levels of customer care. Inviting the children from nearby Grove Primary to visit the dealership for the day further demonstrates Sandicliffe’s commitment to the surrounding community in the East Midlands.

Nigel Falkiner, Head of Group Marketing at Sandicliffe said: "We were delighted to be able to offer this opportunity to the school children of Grove Primary. They all had a fantastic time and hopefully in the future we may see some of them training as one of our apprentice mechanics or joining the showroom as one of our dedicated salesmen!"
