Ideally, you have relevant knowledge of the motor retail market, possess good people skills and have a professional approach to the sales process. You must be highly motivated and have the drive to achieve high sales performance, whilst maintaining excellent standards of customer care. You must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in the written form. IT skills are an advantage.
