Ideally you will have the relevant background (especially Kerridge) and knowledge and possess good people skills. You must be highly motivated, whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer care. The successful candidate will have an aftersales background, preferably in service, and will also show a desire to learn. It will be an advantage if the candidate can demonstrate the ability to help control a busy service operation, day-to-day issues such as Work in Progress, outstanding cash, workshop bookings and loading and joint responsibility for the achievement of the Manufacture CSI standards.This position will suit a confirmed team player that is looking to progress further within Sandicliffe.IT skills would be an advantage; you must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in the written format with both customers and other employees.
